Upon receiving the NCIDQ program and Windward Island Visitor Center Practicum, I was responsible for creating the floor plan, utilizing specific wall types according to code, space planning according to square footage amount, assigning fixed tables with wheelchair accessibility according to ADA standards, designing an ADA compliant bathroom and bedroom, utilizing the correct floor transitions, and finding materials and finishes for floors, casework, and the bathroom.
